Rigid Thermoform
Ideal for medical and senior care environments, rigid thermoform offers the classic look of raised panel doors, with a dramatic increase in cleanability. The seal created by thermoforming helps to prevent bacteria-gathering creases and seams, and offers the durability institutional cabinetry requires.
Natural Wood Veneers
A large number of veneers are available for you to choose from, and our design staff can introduce you to a multitude of colors and styles. High-pressure Laminate
There are no contact adhesives used in the manufacturing of any IWC products. Contact adhesive is one of the very worst volatile organic compounds (VOCs) offenders used in commercial woodworking today. Many VOCs are known carcinogins and many are found to be persistant in the environment, meaning they do not break down in soil and groundwater. All lamination at IWC is accomplished using only water borne PVA adhesive; containing zero VOCs. Even the hot press used in the lamination process utilizes pressurized hot water.
Custom Stains and Finishes
Catalyzed finishes and glues can have a limited working life, generally no more than four hours; by being aware of our production needs and grouping like products together, we are able to greatly reduce the waste stream and we can pass the cost savings on to you. IWC has a wide variety of stains and finishing products available, the colors you want may already be on our shelf.
